Before you begin.

How do I get a student account?

Contact our team to arrange enrollment. The administrator creates your account and assigns your course. Use the credentials provided to sign in to My classroom.

How are classes released?

Courses follow a 12-week schedule with classes released Monday to Saturday. Complete the previous class and its required topic exam before continuing.

What if I miss a few days?

You can catch up on all released classes on the same day, in order. Sunday has no new release, but you can still study.

Can I sign in on another device?

Yes. A new login replaces your previous active session. Your saved course progress stays with your account.

Can I teach on ASIKRU?

Contact us about teaching. The administrator can create an instructor account and assign courses. Instructors can edit the draft courses assigned to them.

How is my progress recorded?

The classroom records playback checkpoints and topic exam results. There is no manual “mark complete” checkbox. Required assessments must be passed before you move forward. Playback pauses when the tab is hidden; a timer alone cannot prove understanding.

How do I recover my password?

Choose “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your registered email. Once our email service is enabled, you will receive a code that expires in five minutes.

Where can I get help with my account?

Use the contact form to describe the problem. Never include your password or a one-time code in your message.
