1. Who operates ASIKRU
ASIKRU provides structured online learning. The operator’s full legal name, complete business address, support email and grievance contact must be confirmed and displayed here before paid enrollment opens.
2. Your course and access
Before enrollment, you should receive the course description, total fee including applicable taxes, start date, access period, requirements and refund policy. Accounts and enrollments are currently created by an administrator. The website does not yet provide an online payment checkout.
3. Learning and completion
Courses currently follow a 72-class, 12-week sequence with releases Monday to Saturday. Released classes remain available for catch-up while enrollment is active. Playback activity contributes to recorded viewing progress. Required topic assessments must be passed before proceeding. Playback records alone do not demonstrate understanding.
4. Account security and fair use
Keep your credentials private. A new login replaces an existing session. Do not share accounts, impersonate another learner, redistribute recordings, manipulate progress records or submit another person’s work as your own. Use course materials for your own learning unless separate permission is given.
5. Fair review of concerns
Proposed review process: suspected misuse should be investigated with relevant evidence and an opportunity for the learner to respond. A lost connection or a background tab alone should not be treated as proof of cheating. An appeal contact and review timeframe must be set before this process is adopted.
6. Outcomes, changes and support
Learning outcomes depend on practice and participation. No job, placement, salary or accreditation guarantee is offered by this draft. Any certificate eligibility must be stated in the course offer. Material course changes, interrupted service and complaints need a documented support process that preserves applicable consumer rights.
